Aseem is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. The plan for launching a chain of dialysis clinics was conceptualized in IIMB. Post his MBA, Aseem worked with The National Kidney Foundation, Singapore (NKFS). NKFS had a network of over 24 Stand Alone Dialysis Clinics in Singapore treating over 2400 plus patients annually. Aseem was part of the internal consulting group at NKFS and reporting directly to the CEO. Having learnt about the dialysis industry from the best, Aseem quit his job and came back to India, a trend unlike that of other IIM graduates, to embark on the path of social entrepreneurship in order to build a quality health care model in India. In a very short span of time DCDC has been able to gain leadership position in India. Aseem has been able to attract meritorious team members because of his vision and leadership skills as well as forge important partnerships to provide growth to the company.

Akshat Garg is the co-founder & COO of DCDC Kidney Care. After completing his B.SC from St. Stephens in 2007, Akshat began his career in 2007 as Financial Analyst in Dawna Day Securities. After two years in the financial industry, Akshat was poised to start his MBA from one of the leading institutions in the country when came across the opportunity in dialysis space. Akshat dropped out of the MBA program to launch DCDC Kindey Care in 2009. Akshat is the driving force behind day to day operations at DCDC. Akshat’s leadership and hard work have enabled DCDC to quickly attain a leadership position in India.
An alumnus of Modern School, Barakhamba Road & St. Stephens, Akshat enjoys swimming and travelling in his spare time.

A Graduate of Commerce from University of Delhi and Chartered Accountant by profession.  Over 18 years’ of post qualification experience in managing audit and accounting teams/ function, structuring the internal control, compliance and risk management processes and environment in various organizations. He also has working experience in IFRS and USGAAP principles.

Sanjay has vast experience in dealing with regulatory/ tax bodies and banking industry and worked with consulting firms E&Y and Deloitte at earlier stages of career.

Training and developing people/ teams is one of the key skills acquired and perfected over the years in earlier roles.

Sanjay is working in healthcare domain for last 6 years and worked as Finance Head with Indian subsidiary of US listed company Cesca Therapeutics Inc. in his last assignment.

Kamal is a graduate in life sciences and a MBA (Hospital & Healthcare Administration) from the Institute of Business Management, Delhi and alsohas an extensive and diverse experience of over 15 years in the Healthcare industry. His past experience includes working as AGM Operations in Delhi NCR with Apollo Home Health Care Ltd (Home Health Care Service Provider), launching Home Health Care Services in Delhi/NCR and heading ten Eye Care Hospitals as Cluster Head in Northern India for EYE Q Super Specialty Eye Hospitals.

A fitness enthusiast Kamal also believes in being a socially responsible citizen. Kamal is a frequent blood donor and routinely involves himself in social causes to help the fellow men.

Chandrakanth M.S is a former Mariner with 11 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Business Excellence and Operations Management across Shipping, Manufacturing, Food and Healthcare industry.

He is a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, a Post Graduate in Business Administration from ISB (Indian School of Business), a Certified Lean Sigma Green Belt Professional (KPMG) and ZED Master Trainer (Quality Council of India).

Chandrakanth has a passion for academic research and teaching. He is a fitness enthusiast and actively participates in marathons and middle distance athletic events
