Suruchi has been associated with DCDC since its inception and has donned many hats through DCDC’s journey. From handling the HR function to the buildouts and interiors, she has proven to be very versatile and adaptable across functions.
A graduate of Sri Venkateswara College, Suruchi completed her MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune. She believes that the growth of an organization happens organically through the growth of its employees.
