Ingredients
First, prepare the stuffing with heating oil and saute garlic, ginger, green chilly, and spring onion on a high flame
Further add grated carrot and cabbage and stir fry. Add pepper and salt, mix well and keep it aside
Make a dough with water, grease it with little oil, and set aside
Pinch a small ball of dough, roll and flatten it to 4-5’ diameter by keeping the center slightly thick
Place a teaspoon of filling at the center and seal the dumplings from the edges
Heat a steamer and arrange the dumplings. Steam for 10-12 minutes and serve hot.
