Veg Besan Omelet

Ingredients

  • 20 gram besan
  • 2 slice bread
  • 1 small size onion
  • 1 medium size tomato
  • 1 small capsicum
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp oil
  • Salt to taste

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

First wash all the vegetables and chop them

Step 2

Prepare besan mixture in thick form and add all spices and vegetables

Step 3

Add salt and mix

Step 4

Take the bread slice and dip it in besan mixture from both sides

Step 5

Shallow fry on non-stick tawa from both sides

Step 6

Serve hot.
