Ingredients
Marinate soya chunks, potatoes, and peas with masala and curd. Fry onions until crisp and golden brown and add them too.
In a pressure cooker, heat oil, and roast the spices. Add ginger garlic paste and fry. Add the prepared mixture and mix well. Add basmati rice soaked in for at least 20 minutes. Add salt, coriander, and mint leaves.
Add water and close the cooker for three whistles on medium flame. Serve hot with raita.
