Job Purpose

The Receptionist is responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate staff, greeting and checking in all patients for office appointments, including paperwork for patients to fill out, scanning documents, entering all demographic information into the MIS, scanning for manager asneeded, and working closely with manager and other staff.

Requirement and Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

 

  1. Greets and directs all patients within the center
  2. Obtaining patient demographic and verifying documents as required. 

  3. Scanning patient information into MIS including patient authorizations, etc.

  4. Schedules appointments and monitor and review patient schedules for subsequent appointments.

  5. Registering dialysis sessions and recording the same in MIS.

  6. Assists manager in handling MIS and documents.

  7. Maintaining cleanliness of waiting area. Any other task given by the management or reporting manager.
