Job Purpose
You will be responsible to perform smooth dialysis sessions at designated centre/unit of the organisation & ensure high standard treatment, meeting patient satisfaction level with defined safety and cleanliness protocols followed in your centre/unit.

Job Responsibilities
- End to end comprehensive patient care management for successful dialysis of patients in the unit.
- Follow the defined protocols for fluid/chemical preparation & patient’s medication
- Updating records (quality/clinical formats, patient’s file, dialysis record book, etc.) & periodic vitals charting.
- Maintaining Procedure Trolley, medical equipment, crash cart & related Checklist
- Preparation of Dialysis Procedure Set/tray and Autoclave items Ø Assisting other staff/senior technician/ DMO while any procedure & managing patient complication.
- Proper continuous maintenance of RO treatment plant and quality of product water.
- Ensuring proper hygienic patient care & unit disinfection protocols.
- Dialyzer reprocessing as per defined protocol
- Execution of any work assigned by the Senior Technician/ Manager/ DMO

- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Suitable clinical work experience
- Good Knowledge of Dialysis and Dedicated to Patient Care
- Punctual, Motivated, Team Player Understanding of Healthcare System and NABH protocols
- Good in documentation and keen to learn & train
- Education: Degree / Diploma in Dialysis Technology
- Experience: 0 to 5 Years’ experience as DT preferably in NABH Hospital
