Dr. Bharati Sood

Dr. Bharati is an alumnus of Middlesex University London, UK, and is currently heading the department of Quality & Business Excellence at DCDC Health Services Private Limited. She has a rich and extensive experience of over 15 years in the field of Medical Operations, Patient Safety, and Implementation of Total Quality Management in healthcare settings at various organizations in India & Abroad. At DCDC, she leads the focus on driving quality excellence and adopting standardized best practices across the organization.

She has previously worked with the National Health Services (NHS), UK, and Alchemist Group of Hospitals in India. In these roles, she worked with other senior leaders and staff to provide leadership and direction for the development and implementation of improvements in quality delivery.

Dr. Bharati is passionate about improving care and safety in healthcare systems in India. She has expertise in preparing hospitals for various accreditations, and audits and maintaining accreditation readiness for NABH, JCI, QAI & QCI. She brings along her global perspective, strong communication skills, and zeal for academics and research.

Dr. Bharati is also a social worker who loves to volunteer, travel, dance & meditate.
