Job Purpose

Staff Nurse (Dialysis) will be responsible for ensuring that all clinical protocols is being followed and to ensure high level of patient satisfaction, to focus on patient centricity, monitoring patients undergoing dialysis treatment and maintaining highest safety and cleanliness standards.

  1. Handling Dialysis therapy technical processes (Will be trained)
  2. Nursing Assessment
  3. Provision of Nursing Care
  4. Medication Management
  5. Comprehensive patient care

  1. Pleasant Personality
  2. Good Knowledge of NABH/JCI/ QAI/ QCI/ E&S/ AHA protocols
  3. Team Player ü Understanding of Healthcare system and its different departments
  4. Advanced clinical Skills with the ability to handle multiple assignment

Educational Qualifications

  1. B.Sc. with registered council
  2. GNM with registered council
  3. ANM (2 year) with Registered Council
